Vendor Application for Seattle Iranian Festival 2025

Submission deadline: April 10th, 2025


  • Applications will be reviewed on first-come, first-serve basis.
  • We will notify of your selection by April 15th, 2025.
  • Upon application approval, payments are due by April 20th, 2025. If we don't receive your payment by April 25th, 2025, we will drop your application and proceed to select the next applicant in the waiting list.

Packages & Fees

  • Artists: $150
  • Table at the event.
  • All Other Businesses: $500
  • Table at the event.
  • Non-Profit Organizations:
  • Please complete this form and we will contact you to discuss.
  • Sponsorship Options:
  • Bronze: $500
  • Logo on the event sponsor page on the IACA website.
  • Acknowledgment on our social media.
  • Printed logo near the stage.
  • Silver: $1,000. 

Everything in the Bronze Sponsorship package, plus

  • Table at the event.
  • Logo on event main poster.
  • Logo on the printed program flier.
  • Targeted Sponsorship Announcement from the event emcee.
  • Gold: $2,500

Everything in the Silver Sponsorship package, plus

  • Logo display on the stage monitor during the announcement.

Vendor Application

Limited electrical service is available (120 v/ 20 amp).


We strongly advise, you to bring your own office supply and/or designing materials i.e. tablecloths, banners, tape, staples, etc.


Payments must be received upon application approval in order for the reservation to be complete.


Vendors are not to display any materials that promote religious or political views.


As a business owner, we need your business license to qualify to be a vendor at the event.
