Fundraising Co-Chair Born in Tehran, Iran, Arash moved to the United States when he was ten years old. Growing up in Bellevue, WA, he has always been surrounded with family and friends. Arash entered the University of Washington in 2002 and quickly became involved in a number of different organizations, most significantly the UW Habitat for Humanity Chapter. Serving as treasurer and fundraising director for two years and vice president his senior year. Graduated from UW in 2006 with a B.S. in Civil Engineering, Arash now works at KPFF Consulting Engineers. He currently is also the manager and one of the players for Pars FC, an amateur all-Iranian soccer team competing year round and representing Iran in the annual All Nations Cup. Along with soccer, Arash also likes to read, listen to music, dance (although he has no skill) and spend time with family and friends. |
