Secretary Julia was born and raised in the Midwest and has lived in the Seattle area since 2000. She completed her MA in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Culture and Social Justice from Northwest University in Kirkland, WA. She served as a director for a local school of graduate psychology until resigning to start her own business. In addition, Julia works for a local law firm, which specializes in estate planning and business law. Julia’s mother is American, and her father is Iranian. In 2005, Julia became acquainted with her father and her Iranian family for the first time. Since then, she has actively participated in the Iranian community in Seattle and has enjoyed learning as much as she can about the culture. Julia has a passion for social justice and is grateful for the opportunity to make a difference in the Iranian community. |
